In The Wall Street Journal Economy section July 31, 2018, the headline reads, "U.S. Workers Get Biggest Pay Increase In Nearly a Decade." It goes on to say " U.S. workers received their biggest pay increases in nearly a decade over the 12 months through June, a sign the strong labor market is boosting wages as employers compete for scarcer workers." The Squared Away Blog notes, "Only one in three women believe that their pay is negotiable. Nearly half of all men do."
